Full technology support information is provided in the Technology Help Resource Center, a page that organizes all technology support information for the school.

Two staff support students and faculty who have Learning Management system issues:

Stanley Laufer, network administrator, problem solves web conferencing issues.

Randy Cheng provides desktop/laptop support for our virtual distributed students using Collaborate and Teamviewer (which has remote desktop sharing capabilities).
