5 Throughout the duration of the course/program, students have access to appropriate technical assistance and technical support staff.

Full technology support information is provided in the Technology Help Resource Center, a page that organizes all technology support information for the school. Students can use the iSchool Technical Support Form to request assistance with any of the technologies used at the school.

Two staff members support students and faculty who have Learning Management system issues:

Abigail Laufer, network administrator, support use of a variety of technologies used at the iSchool.

Randy Cheng provides desktop/laptop support for our virtual distributed students using Collaborate and Teamviewer (which has remote desktop sharing capabilities).

Gina Lee provides support for use of Blackboard IM.
