SJSU SLIS D2L Announcement

Effective Summer 2011 SLIS is being required by the University to move off the ANGEL learning management platform to the centralized University Desire2Learn (D2L) learning management platform.

From Summer 2011 all classes will be on D2L.

The good news is that D2L is very similar to ANGEL (now owned by Blackboard); and exposure to different LMS systems is very useful especially for those of you who may end up in any kind of academic library. As you move into the workplace — any workplace — you will find that technology is constantly changing and the ability to adapt to constant change is highly prized by employers in all environments.
