Giving to The School of Information
Thank you for your interest in supporting the San José State University School of Information!
Contributions are used to fund student scholarships. Read about past scholarship recipients.
All gifts are tax deductible (where applicable) and are greatly appreciated.
We offer several options for making a contribution:
- Give online using your credit card.
- Mail us a check – Checks should be made payable to the SJSU Tower Foundation and mailed to our School's Director, Dr. Sandra Hirsh, at One Washington Square, San José, CA 95192-0029.
- Establish an endowment – Funds will be used to provide ongoing annual scholarship awards to worthy students. For more information, please contact Dr. Sandra Hirsh at 408-924-2491. (Note: Endowments are established through an initial contribution of at least $25,000.)
Many companies encourage charitable giving by matching employee donations, which can double your contribution. To find out if your employer participates in this type of matching program, contact your human resources department or click here to search our database of employers.
