In each MARA course, we are assigned various written assignments and research papers.

Many of these we will edit and revise to show support for the competencies in our final portfolios. But some of these pieces can also be published in scholarly publications and peer-reviewed journals. SJSU’s Society of the American Archivists Student Chapter produces Archeota, a bi-annual open-source digital publication used to profile and highlight SAA members and original student content. If you are interested in submitting a piece for publication, you have until April 25, 2016 to submit for the May 2016 issue.
