Quantum Computing

The quantum world is undeniably confusing to those of us who don’t have an extensive background in atomic physics. How subatomic particles naturally behave is something that has sparked serious debate and creative testing for several decades. The concepts that many great minds have developed since the beginning of the twentieth century are extremely relevant to answering some important questions about our world today. What is quantum computing? What is it capable of doing? How might it influence our lives in the future? The answers to these questions are worth exploring, even with a basic understanding, because this technology will someday find its way into our lives.

Emily Mandala

My name is Emily Mandala and I currently live in Lake Forest, California. I work for a local public library where I get to perform a variety of duties to help serve the community. It is my hope to continue working with the public once I have completed my degree through SJSU. I feel very strongly about performing outreach and supporting youth as they learn, explore and grow.
