What I am doing now.

I am currently learning the ropes of our clinic’s current electronic health record (EHR) system (AthenaPractice) while also developing skills in SQL and PowerBI for dashboard creation and reporting.

What are the most valuable skills I use in my job?

With my clinical background as a former RN, education as a recent MS in Informatics graduate, and customer service excellence, I hope to contribute to data and health information systems initiatives that will enhance the quality of life and delivery of excellent patient care for those living in Shasta County and the surrounding community.
