I am currently training in local library branch operations, gaining experience in public service for both adult and youth departments, and learning library policies.

What are the most valuable skills I use in my job?

With experience in adult literacy and multilingual skills, I am committed to serving patrons of all ages with respect and care, while upholding the ALA’s core principle of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
