To delete a survey question, follow the steps listed below.

Please note that this process cannot be un-done.

Access Edit Questions Interface

In the Survey Editor, select your survey in the Select Survey drop down menu under the Choose a Survey portion of the interface. Then, click the Edit Questions button:

You will then receive the Edit Questions interface.

Click the Delete button

Highlight the desired question and click on the Delete button below the list of questions:

A prompt will appear asking you to verify the deletion. Click OK to complete the deletion process:
