About Dr Chow

Dr. Anthony Chow was appointed Director of San José State University School of Information on July of 2021. Since then, he has been able to bring into fruition many projects and ideas that benefit the iSchool community that align with his areas of expertise which include usability/UX and web design, technology integration, informatics and analytics, leadership and management, online learning, advocacy, and systems thinking with a focus on EDI and underserved populations. He has over two decades of experience in the information and LIS field in industry, government, in academia, and as
the CEO of his own consulting firm. With this Virtual iDesk, our Director wants to share all the latest and greatest advances in Library and Information Science with you!
