Heather Robinson has been employed with the St. Thomas Public Library in Ontario, Canada for 20 years in a variety of roles including manager of children’s and teens’ services, manager of fundraising and community development, public services librarian and she was seconded to be project coordinator for a renovation of the library building in 2011. Robinson started her career in libraries as a page in London, Ontario when she was 14 and went on to work in libraries in Toronto and Kingston, Ontario after she graduated from library school. She was the Ontario Library Association’s Children’s Librarian of the Year in 2004.
