What I am doing now.

Currently, I oversee the Public Records and Constituent Services Unit of my division, which involves processing public records disclosure requests and responding to constituent correspondence. I also compose policy division-wide records management policies and procedures, and train division staff on records management tasks that are relevant to their daily work.

What are the most valuable skills I use in my job?

Presentation skills; collaborating with all stakeholders for applying state public records laws.
