What I am doing now.

I currently supervise and oversee circulation, reserve/e-reserve, interlibrary loan, student workers, copyright compliance, etc. Provide reference through phone, email, online, in-person. Create displays and finding aids.

What are the most valuable skills I use in my job?

I took a communication course within the MLIS program at SJSU - this was invaluable! One of the largest elements of my job is communicating effectively.
