What I am doing now.

As the Art Library’s Evening & Student Supervisor, I manage all student and temporary staff, lead long-term projects, and am the head of the Art Department’s quarterly course reserves. 

What are the most valuable skills I use in my job?

Management, academic library issues regarding copyright and ethics, mentoring, collection development, research methods, and cataloging.
