What I am doing now.

I work as a reference librarian for Kaplan University’s Online Library. We are an entirely online library that serves 50,000 students. We answer questions via email, phone, and chat.  I create LibGuides for the nursing, health sciences, and psychology programs. I also create video tutorials for searching the library using Captivate and SnagIt. I teach one-shot library classes via Adobe Connect.
