Career Workshop
Discover how the Bay Area Young Adult
Librarians Association (BAYA) is the ultimate vibe for
leveling up your teen librarian career. This presentation
showcases BAYA’s bi-monthly professional development sessions
that cover essential topics for working with a teen community.
We’ll spill the tea on anecdotal strategies and insights from our
school librarian survey data, and we’ll showcase how these
regular meetings create valuable connections, highlighting how
our network develops valuable connections and opportunities in
your professional journey. Whether you’re just starting out or
looking to refresh your professional toolkit, learn how BAYA
builds the community support that’s essential for your teen
librarian glow-up.
