As part of the 2020 ALISE Leadership Academy (https://ali.memberclicks.net/2020-leadership-academy), Dr. Villagran will be presenting Session 2: What do you want to accomplish? Crafting a Vision Statement on January 30 from 10:30-12pm.

The theme for this year’s Leadership Academy is “Vision 2020: Leading in a Constantly Changing World.” Based on feedback from LIS program leaders and past participants, this Leadership Academy will focus on developing your vision for what you plan to accomplish in 2020 and in the future. The Academy will also cover topics to help you succeed as a leader: team building, peer leadership, dealing with conflict, and setting priorities.
