In this California School Library Association Conference workshop led by Shelly Buchanan and Dr. Mary Ann Harlan, participants will learn about several inquiry models – Guided Inquiry, Design Thinking, Student Driven Inquiry, Connected Ed — and how they connect to the standards. In small groups or individually, participants will draft an Inquiry Plan inspired by one or more of the models reviewed. Presenters will provide support, and participants will share ideas and leave the session with touch points for launching inquiry learning through the school library program.
