Dr Villagran will be presenting a paper by Drs. Hoffman and Villagran discussing some of the significant areas of law impacting LGBTQ+ students’ privacy, making clear the immense legal complexity that both libraries and librarians must navigate to protect LGBTQ+ students’ privacy rights.
