NAGARA is thrilled to announce that our Travel Scholarship application is now open! Over $14,000 in scholarships are available this year! Scholarships range from full-conference support (registration + travel/lodging) to registration-only assistance or supplemental lodging aid!

If you’re a member of NAGARA who is passionate about archives or records management and work for a government agency lacking funding for professional development, we want to help you get to OKC this July! 

Early Bird Registration (March 5 – May 16, 2025): Members: $499.00 | Non-Members: $699.00
Regular Registration (after May 16, 2025): Members: $599.00 | Non-Members: $799.00

 Eligibility Requirements:

Be active NAGARA members (not one? Join us today!)

Have never attended a NAGARA Annual Conference before

Be professionals with archival or records management responsibilities at a government agency that cannot fund conference participation

Complete an application, which includes:
     - Information about your organization/agency
     - A personal statement
     - Your resume
     - A letter or statement of support from your current supervisor

Expectations for Scholarship Recipients:

Attend the Opening General Session & Keynote on Wednesday, July 16, to be recognized

Write a conference recap sharing your experience as a first-time attendee

Allow NAGARA to feature your name, photo, and writeup in future communications
