The California Secretary of State’s office is hiring a Records Management Manager (Staff Services Manager II – Supervisory) to oversee and modernize statewide records programs for government agencies across the Golden State. Based in Sacramento, this full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to lead strategic records initiatives with high public impact in one of the nation’s largest and most complex administrative environments.

In this leadership role, you’ll supervise a team of analysts and specialists responsible for reviewing and approving records retention schedules submitted by state agencies.
