Description:

The F. Gerald Ham and Elsie Ham Scholarship is available to graduate students pursuing studies in professional archival studies. To be considered for this award, you must have completed at least three credit hours of graduate study. Selection is based on academic merit, past performance in archival studies, and a faculty member’s assessment of the student’s prospects for contributing to the archives profession.

If you are a current grad student and reside in the Boston area, the Nichols House Museum is seeking an Archives Intern for 10 weeks, onsite one day per week during February – April 2025 for up to 10 hours per week. The Intern will receive a $1,500 stipend in two installments.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame is accepting applications for Summer 2024 internship positions! 

For more than twenty years, the Frank and Peggy Steele Internship Program for Youth Leadership Development has provided undergraduate and graduate students with hands-on training in numerous professional careers. This 10-week program offers a bi-weekly stipend for all interns and can be completed for course credit. Scholarships are available!

Remote Work: PT Catalogers (term), The Winthrop Group – No application close date listed

Compensation - $28 per hour

Project work is expected to begin in early November 2023 and will run for 12-14 months. Each Cataloger will be expected to contribute a total of 1,360 hours (equivalent to 170 days) to the project, with a weekly limit of 29 hours. Winthrop and Foundation staff will provide supervision and training. All work will be conducted remotely.
