Once a survey has been completed and you no longer desire any of the results, you may wish to delete the survey and all connected data (questions, results, etc.) from the system. This process cannot be un-done.

Please keep in mind that you do not have to delete a survey in order to stop users from completing it. You may simply deactivate the survey, allowing you to continue to have access to the results and statistics.

Click on the Survey Editor tab and select your survey from the Choose a Survey drop down menu.

From there, click the Delete button:

A prompt will appear asking you to verify the deletion:
