phpQuestionnaire offers you the ability to export a survey along with the questions and answers you have defined.

Please note that survey exports do not contain any survey results or user data. To export survey results data, see the Survey Results tutorial.

Click on the Survey Editor tab and select your survey from the Choose a Survey drop down menu.

From there, click the Export button:

Your browser will prompt you to save a file ending in .phpQ. The filename generally begins with the word surveyswap and includes the survey id number.

From there, a copy of your survey will be stored locally on your computer.
