Programs. We conducted two focus groups at the American Library
Association (ALA) Midwinter Conference, on January 21 and 22,
2012. The attendees were key individuals interested and/or
participating in residency programs and emerging technologies.

Public Library Association (PLA) annual conference, Philadelphia,
PA. We conducted two focus groups at PLA on March 15, 2012.
