What I am doing now.

Provides library instruction, reference and research assistance, and collection development for designated Health Sciences subjects. Serves as a liaison to several disciplines and campus groups, engaging students and faculty in the use of library resources, collections, and research services.

What are the most valuable skills I use in my job?

What I have learned about attributes, strategic searching, and general wayfinding helps in serving my patrons. The cumulative experiences from other jobs, including Interlibrary Loan and managing eResources, also helps me understand the most efficient way to connect our patrons to their needs.
