What I am doing now.
Responsibilities of this role include: design, development, and maintenance of business process solutions with the Salesforce platform; bulk data import and export projects management, including data cleaning; donation processing, receipting and acknowledgement; gift reporting and tracking; donor/donation data and file management projects as needed or assigned; creation of program management tracking tools and metrics reporting. Also responsible for the thoughtful implementation of file organization wide file storage and retrieval plans including functional taxonomy, including creation of information governance policy.
What are the most valuable skills I use in my job?
Learning the principles of information governance were incredibly important in my current work, as well as the risks of “saving everything.”
