Small Acts of Wellness Lead to a Lifetime of Wellness

August is National Wellness Month and we want to encourage everyone to join the “I Choose Wellness” Campaign.
It is very easy: post a photo of yourself, a place, or an object to show how you define wellness for yourself, include a brief description. Use the hashtag #SJSUWellness – this hashtag will link all the posts to provide inspiration for others to increase wellness acts and lead to a lifetime of wellness.

- Activities: playing with your pet, reading, sleeping, walking
- Mixed: pausing, sitting still, watching a movie, watching the sunset
- Eating/Drinking: eating chocolate, eating fruits, juicing, drinking water
- Visiting places: communities, lakes, mountains, parks
