Barriers to Connectivity is a showcase of connectivity statistics and resources designed to highlight the immense effect of the digital divide on communities worldwide. Connectivity is no longer a luxury but is necessary for citizens to participate fully in society. This project is a virtual reality room created on the iSchool Hubs platform.

Tyler Klaas has been a public library manager in the Riverside County Library System for over 13 years. He is currently the branch manager of both the Cesar E Chavez Perris Library and the Cabazon Community Library. Tyler has a passion for public library work and for working with marginalized populations.
