ChatGPT Toolkit for Teachers and Instructors: We created this toolkit with various approaches that instructors are taking in response to ChatGPT and other text-based generative AI. We have included samples assignment, assessment, and teaching material ideas as well as language for writing course policies and syllabi. Leslie Huiner is an academic librarian in the California community college system. An alumni of SJSU’s School of Information, she is completing a Post Master’s Certificate in Information Intermediation and Instruction.

Jen Spearie is coming from a professional background as a teacher of English as a Second Language. Always the English major at heart, she decided to pursue her MLIS while in the depths of the pandemic. It was the best decision, and she is excited for her future career in youth services.
