Evaluating Scribe as an AI Tool in a Library Setting
Gabrielle Stephenson, 2025 Showcase
Evaluating Scribe as an AI Tool in a Library Setting: This project evaluates Scribe, a Chrome browser extension that utilizes AI to create step-by-step guides and streamline standard operating procedures. I demo Scribe by creating a tutorial to assist potential library patrons with setting up their Kanopy accounts for the first time. I reflect on the the user experience, AI capabilities, accessibility, privacy and efficacy of application in a library setting.
