Library Assessment Measures: This infographic provides an overview of the different methods that libraries can use to assess their goals and evaluate how well they are serving their communities. Creating a culture of assessment can transform the experience of working in and visiting a library, and having a flexible and adaptable culture means that community members are served as well as possible.

My name is Helen Bansen and I am in my second semester at SJSU. I did my undergraduate work at UC Davis, where I studied English and Feminist Studies. I received a Girl Scout Gold Award in 2013 for which I wrote and self-published a book. I am very excited to be a student at SJSU in the information field!
