Project OBOE: Covey Oboes Website Redesign
Ristin Drewry, Daleen Fraser, and Marie Whisman, 2021 Showcase
: Modernizing and making the website more accessible and usable, this project focuses not just on the storefront but also on education and fostering the oboe community. Our goal was to apply human-centered design concepts to an actual website, its content, and target users.
Mx. Ristin worked in the biotech field for 7 years before joining SJSU in the MS Informatics program embarking on a career change.
Daleen Fraser holds a bachelor of science in nursing and has been practicing for 8 years. The past few years have seen rapid changes in how healthcare is recorded, delivered, and studied. Daleen is working toward her masters of informatics so that she can participate in the health technology revolution.
Marie Whisman: “I am the first in my family to graduate college and the first generation to be born in America for my mother’s side. I’m appreciative of the educational opportunities SJSU has provided, and I look forward to integrating Informatics into my local government career.”
