Spreckels Music & Arts Library - Stacks After Sunset - Marketing Plan: I’m excited to share with you my marketing plan for the Spreckels Music & Arts Library (a fictional arts library in San Diego, CA) and a special new series we’ll be launching next year – Stacks After Sunset. This presentation outlines the library’s action plan for the 2025-2026 fiscal year’s marketing efforts including an environmental scan, community analysis, S.W.O.T. analysis, and marketing plan for a new concert series initiative we are calling Stacks After Sunset. This brand-new nightlife concert series will create exciting new experiences for our patrons, will be a major vehicle for attracting younger patrons to the library, and will provide the library with a new tool to amplify diverse voices and strengthen our value proposition to local heritage communities.
