What is a Data Center?: The project is a storywalk designed for outdoor or indoor use. The size is standard letter 8.5 x 11. The story is about a young boy traveling through a neighborhood with a data center, and he asks his mother questions about what a data center is and the resources, such as water and electricity, that data centers use to function. Susana Merlos is a third-year student in the SJSU iSchool MLIS program. She holds a BA in English Literature from Cal Poly Pomona. Upon completion of the MLIS program, she hopes to pursue a career in a public library and then later in archives.
