Tutorial for adding your SJSU ID to your WordPress account

For students and faculty who have accounts set up on the SJSU School of Information Community Site:

https://ischoolblogs.sjsu.edu/info/

You must enter your SJSU ID in your profile by May 15th, 2024.   This is a mandatory administrative requirement, and applies to both students and faculty.   For any user who fails to meet this requirement by May 15th, 2024, your account will permanently removed without further notification.    Thank you for complying with this requirement.   Instructions for adding your SJSU ID are included below:

1.   After logging into the Community WordPress site, click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of WordPress, and then click on the link labeled “Edit Profile“:

Click on the Edit Profile link

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.   Under your profile, click on the tab labeled Edit. Here you will be able to enter your SJSU ID:

Click on the Edit Profile link

 

3.   Finally, click on the Save Changes button at the bottom to save your SJSU ID:

Update Profile
