Cheryl Stenstrom is a candidate in the San Jose/QUT Gateway PhD Program and presented her final seminar earlier this year. Since receiving her MLIS from the University of British Columbia in 1997, she has developed and delivered online and in-person training sessions to colleagues from across the continent on such diverse topics as legal information searching, services for patrons with print disabilities and web development.

Cheryl Stenstrom is a candidate in the San Jose/QUT Gateway Phd Program and presented her final seminar earlier this year. Since receiving her MLIS from the University of British Columbia in 1997, she has developed and delivered online and in-person training sessions to colleagues from across the continent on such diverse topics as legal information searching, services for patrons with print disabilities and web development. Her experience includes providing research, advice and support to public libraries on management, board and technology issues, reference database training, and alternate formats. She teaches in MLIS program at San Jose State University and was a visiting sessional instructor at the University of Alberta last year. She was most recently Chief Librarian/CEO of South Shore Public Libraries in Nova Scotia.
