Jeff Banks is the Assistant Director for Library Human Resources and Diversity Programs at the University of Arkansas Libraries. Mr. Banks has over 17 years of professional human resources experience which includes diversity recruiting and programming and employee development. He is the program coordinator for the University of Arkansas’ Librarian-In-Residence Program and the chair of the Library Diversity Committee.
