Jesse Wilkins, CIP, CRM, IGP, is the director of research and development for AIIM International. He has worked in the information management industry for 20 years as an end user, vendor, and consultant. His areas of expertise include electronic records management, ECM, email management, and social business processes and technologies. Wilkins has delivered more than 300 presentations on information management topics since 2003. He is also the lead architect of the Certified Information Professional certification.
