Katie Dupraw is the access services manager at the San José Public Library. After 17 years in the field, she completed the Executive Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) program at the San José State University School of Information in 2009. DuPraw calls herself “an accidental librarian” who intended on pursuing a career as a technical writer or software trainer.
