Kay Harrington, CRM, has worked as a records manager in the field of records management in the legal environment for 30 years at both the local and national level. At the national level, she oversaw seven branch law offices and developed a nationwide records program that encompassed paper and electronic files and brought the backlog of closed files for all of the offices into compliance with the firm’s retention policy. Currently, Harrington serves as president of the ARMA Mile High Denver Chapter.
