As a Certified Records Manager and Information Governance Professional, Linda has been instrumental in building strategic records management compliance plans for organizations by providing an in-depth analysis of existing RIM processes. Linda has successfully managed technology implementations, data conversions, practice management problem-solving and solution building with legal practice groups, administrative departments, and regional offices. As a trained TQM facilitator, Linda has led teams to standardize firm-wide procedures, records retention policies, destruction guidelines, space management and construction of decentralized service centers. Linda is an active member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA), Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), Association of Imaging and Information Management (AIIM, Certified Electronic Records Management Practitioner), and Information Records Management Society in the UK (IRMS).
