Norman Mooradian has had a dual career working as an academic focusing on ethics and as an information professional. He has worked in the information technology field for over fifteen years in the area of enterprise content management (ECM). He has certifications and extensive technical training in ECM and related technologies. His responsibilities include system design, taxonomy implementation, training, documentation, application configuration, and workflow design.

Norman received a PhD and MA in Philosophy from the Ohio State University and has completed graduate courses in legal studies at the University of Illinois. He has researched and published on issues in information technology ethics and business ethics. He has also taught ethics, business ethics, and logic and critical thinking at colleges and universities over the last two decades.
