The College of Information, Data & Society (CIDS) Online Student Research Conference is a 3-day virtual event that celebrates the work of our students. The conference aims to spark contact and dialogue among students across the college. It is an excellent opportunity for students to gain presenting experience and to network with peers.

Since 2022, the CIDS 2025 Online Student Conference has been an engaging forum for students to share their iSchool research or professional work, foster opportunities for dialogue between the CIDS schools, and develop presentation skills. Conference presenters will provide a short recorded video presentation of their research for attendees to view during the conference. All conference presenters will receive prizes for their participation in the conference. Two keynote speakers will also present–details to be announced.
