Intersectionality in the Archives: Making Black, Queer Voices Accessible
SAASC

Student Group

Join SAASC Monday, December 7, at 4 pm PST, to learn about creating avenues of discovery for archived materials. Bridgett Pride, the Reference Librarian for the Manuscripts, Archives and Rare Books Division of the Schomburg Center in New York, will discuss the development of a research guide for their LGBTQ collections and the challenges that archivists and librarians face when making these collections accessible.

The presentation and Q&A will be recorded. The recording will be available on the SAASC YouTube page within a week after the event. If you have any questions, please contact sjsusaasc@gmail.com and we will get back to you quickly.

We look forward to seeing you!
