VCARA Tagline Contest

VCARA Blog

Published: February 16, 2016

We’ve got a contest for you. Submit your best tagline for the Virtual Center for Archives and Records Administration. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners!

We want to invite you to participate in our TAGLINE Contest from February 1, 2016 to March 31, 2016.

What’s a tagline?  It’s a catchphrase or slogan, especially as used in advertising, or the punchline of a joke.  You’re already familiar with the concept–Nike’s “Just do it,” Avis’ “We try harder,” and YouTube’s “Broadcast Yourself” are examples.  VCARA is looking for a similar “catchy phrase” we can use to promote our Virtual World activities. Learn more about VCARA by viewing the video and reading the information below, then:

If you have an idea for a Tagline we could use in our social media and communications, access the Tagline Contest Form at: “https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1l1EoBQsSOJQou2yiTzVVX0RGFlTo9sOtV1cxtSMgmd4/viewform?usp=send_form”;  then complete the form you see on this board and submit it to enter the contest.

Winners will be notified during our VCARA Annual Conference on April 20, 2016.  You are welcome to attend and feel free to bring friends as we have a lot of great presentations planned as well as a party at the end. Prizes for the Tagline Contest will be given to the first, second and third place winners; details can be found on the Entry Form.
