• Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T)
• Society of American Archivists (SAA)
• National Association of Government Archivists & Records Administrators (NAGARA)
• ARMA International (ARMA)

All students in MARA 200 are given a complimentary (free!) one-year membership in one of the following professional associations:

All students in INFM 200 are given a complimentary (free!) one-year membership in one of the following professional associations:

• Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T)
• HIMSS 
• American Nursing Informatics Association 

Please use this form to select which association you wish to join. This form will open on  January 23, 2025 for submissions. The deadline for making a selection is February 18, 2025. This is a hard deadline and cannot be extended. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to partake in the complimentary membership.

If you do not make a selection, you will not receive the complimentary membership.

You will be joined at your address on file in MySJSU.

We cannot change a selection once it is made.
