Please note that switch requests for Spring 2025 are now closed. This form is to request an MLIS switch to Special Session, beginning Fall 2025.

(Note: We are unable to process switch requests from TL Credential-only regular session program plan, to TL Credential-only special session program plan, as the TL Credential-only program plan is under the domain of College of Education).

The deadline to request a switch to Special Session for Fall 2025 is March 23, 2025.

*Switch requests do not have to be made for Summer Session. All students will be able to register for Summer special session classes without requesting a formal switch.

If you are requesting to switch back to regular session, please complete this form and note in the Comments that you are requesting to switch back to regular session.
