Please note that switch requests for Fall 2026 are now closed. This form is to request an MLIS switch to Special Session, beginning Spring 2027.

(Note: We are unable to process switch requests from TL Credential-only regular session program plan, to TL Credential-only special session program plan, as the TL Credential-only program plan is under the domain of College of Education).

The deadline to request a switch to Special Session for Spring 2027 is September 30, 2026.

*Switch requests do not have to be made for Summer Session. All students will be able to register for Summer special session classes without requesting a formal switch.

If you are requesting to switch back to regular session, please complete this form and note in the Comments that you are requesting to switch back to regular session.
