Creating and Updating Faculty Web Pages

Beginning September 1st, 2021 Facultypages CMS is combined with GSS for a single point of login.
Important: all users must first pass through 2-factor authentication using the current HTPASSWD. See tutorial for assistance.
All full-time and part-time faculty must set up and maintain a faculty web page. Faculty web pages are managed using the Facultypages web application. The Facultypages application includes a series of forms that let you customize the information displayed on your faculty web page.
- Current faculty: visit Facultypages at any time to make changes to your current faculty web page.
- New faculty: You should receive email notification once you have been added to the GSS Syllabi CMS system. Follow the process outlined in the email to activate your GSS Syllabi CMS account and choose a password. You may then login to GSS to access Facultypages application, and set up your faculty web page.
To update or set up your faculty web page, visit the GSS login.
If you’d like to include them on your site, you can submit your CV/photo to iSchool webmaster. Give us a heads-up on any files that you’d like to include by filling out the “CV, photo, etc.” area in Facultypages.
Some of your faculty web page updates will be made instantly, while others must be processed by the webteam. Changes requiring additional processing will generally be completed within 3 working days.
