The Virtual Record Treasury of Ireland, spearheaded by Trinity College Dublin, has added 175,000 digitized documents—bringing the total to over 350,000. This project reconstructs archives lost during the 1922 civil war, encompassing seven centuries of history. Thanks to collaboration with 75 international archives and AI-powered tools like the Knowledge Graph Explorer, users can now access 10 million+ Tudor-era words and 60,000 census names. The effort not only restores records but redefines how heritage is shared and accessed globally.
