Book Co-Authored by Tucker and Lampson Receives Rare Starred Review in Library Journal

 Finding the Answers to Legal Questions, co-authored by Virginia Tucker and Marc Lampson received a starred review in Library Journal. Only two or three professional books each year receive a starred review. The book has also received positive reviews in ALA Booklist, ARBA Online, and the Bar News.

VERDICT: Librarians will love this—it reflects how legal information is organized as well as how it will be used. It will also appeal to lay researchers who need to understand the legal system.

Tucker, a full-time SLIS lecturer, teaches Information Retrieval (LIBR 202), Online Searching (LIBR 244), and ePortfolio (LIBR 289). Lampson, a part-time SLIS lecturer, teaches a LIBR 220 course on Legal Resources.
